TMMOB Mimarlar Odası Staj Programı / TMMOB Chamber of Architects Internship Program

Sayıları her geçen gün artan mimarlık bölümleri, bu bağlamda artan öğrenci sayısı, buna karşılık daralan ekonomi, proje-yapı üretim sürecindeki tekelleşme sonucunda azalan mimarlık büroları ve daralan uygulama alanları nedeniyle mimarlık eğitiminin bir parçası ve gereği olan stajların yapılması zorlaşmış neredeyse olanaksız hale gelmiştir. İhtiyaç farklı şekillerde giderilmeye başlanmıştır. Mimarlar Odası Anadolu 1. Bölge Temsilciliği (Kadıköy) olarak ihtiyacın bir nebze olsun giderilebilmesi amacıyla öncelikle büro stajına ilişkin bir program oluşturulmasına karar verilmiştir.

Stajlar; öğrencilerin gerçek büro yaşamının ve çalışma ortamının tanınmasını; proje üretim süreci konusunda bilgi ve beceri kazanmasını, mesleğe hazırlamasını, meslektaşlarının tecrübelerinden faydalanmasını sağlamaya yönelik eğitimini bütünleyen uygulamalı eğitimlerdir.

Bu program, öğrencilikten meslek yaşamına geçerken yukarıda tanımlanan esaslar çerçevesinde meslek adaylarına bir altyapı oluşturmak amacıyla kurgulanmıştır.

• Program 30(otuz) gün olarak planlanmıştır. 

• Staj 18 Temmuz 2022/20 Ağustos 2022 tarihleri arasında pazar günleri hariç haftada 6(altı) gün olarak programlanmıştır.

• Stajyer öğrenci sayısı 30(otuz) olarak kararlaştırılmıştır.

• Programa 3. ve 4. Sınıf öğrencileri katılabileceklerdir. 

• Staj çalışmaları Mimarlar Odası İstanbul Büyükkent Şubesi, Anadolu 1. Bölge (Kadıköy) Temsilciliği ve Kadıköy Belediyesi "Tasarım Atölyesi Kadıköy" (TAK) binalarında yürütülecektir.

Program üç bölüm halinde gerçekleştirilecektir.

1.1. Dünyada ve Türkiye'de Mimarlık Ortamı ve Etik

1.2. Mimarlık Hizmet Sunumu, Yapısal Organizasyonu-Hukuki Temelleri

Serbest Mimarlık Hizmetleri ve Uygulama Esasları

1.3. Sözleşmeden Yapı Kullanma Aşamasına Kadar Olan Süreç: "İlgili evrak, terminoloji, kurumsal yapılar, diğer disiplinler ile ilgili süreç ve sürecin tamamıyla ilgili hukuk bilgisi" görsellerle birlikte anlatılacaktır.

1.4. Ayrıca, proje üretim sürecinin diğer aktörleri, farklı disiplinlerden meslek mensupları, bu sürece ilişkin tamamlayıcı sunumlar yapacaklardır.

• Mimarlık ve Haritacılık (Harita Müh. Ayhan Emre Demir)

• Proje Üretim Sürecinde İnşaat Mühendisliği (İnş. Müh. S. Gülsun Parlar)

• Taşınmaz Kültür Varlıkları ve Proje Üretim Süreci (Restoratör Mimar Deniz Alkan)

• Mimarlıkta Eskiz Çalışmaları (Öğr. Gör. Mimar Kürşat Açıkgöz)

Stajyerler verilen teorik bilgiler çerçevesinde seçilmiş, gerçek parsellerde eğitimcilerin refakatinde ve yol göstericiliğinde gerçek hukuki belgelerle tasarım ve uygulama projesi gerçekleştireceklerdir.

Atölye yürütücüsü eğitmenler serbest büro sahibi, deneyimli mimarlardır.

• Boğaziçi Yalıları (Öğr. Gör. Mimar Uğur Deniz Sökmen) 

• Kadıköy- Moda ve Dönüşümü (Doç. Dr. Ebru Firidin Özgür)

• Haydarpaşa ve Yeldeğirmeni (Doç. Dr. Gökhan Koçyiğit ve Dr.'a Öğrencisi Mimar Elifcan Duygun)

• Mimari Tasarımda Çevre Duyarlılığı (Dr. Rüksan Tuna)

*Sunumların dışında meslek büyüğü serbest mimar meslektaşlarımız mesleki deneyimlerini paylaşılacak ve organize bir mimarlık bürosu ziyareti gerçekleştirilecektir.

*Ayrıca mimar rehber refakatinde Kadıköy-Gazhane Kültür Merkezi gezilecektir.

Staj programı temsilciliğimiz interlandındaki Mimarlık Bölümü öğrencilerine yönelik planlanmıştır. İnterlandımızda 10(on) adet üniversiteye ait Mimarlık Bölümü bulunmaktadır. Yönetim kurulumuzun kabulüyle her okuldan 3(üç) öğrenci staj programına kabul edilecektir. 

Programın verimli ve öğretici olabilmesi açısından staja kabul edilecek öğrencilerin en az üçüncü sınıftan dördüncü sınıfa geçmesi (altıncı yarıyılı bitirmesi) ya da dördüncü sınıf öğrencisi olması kurgulanan programdan da görüleceği üzere zorunluluktur.

*Staja katılacak öğrencilerin yasal zorunluluk gereği sigortalanması okullar tarafından yapılacaktır.

Temsilciliğimizin planlamış olduğu bu staj programının tarafınızdan kabulü halinde; öğrencilerinize duyurulmasını rica ediyor ve bekliyoruz. Staja müracaat ile ilgili son tarih 23 Mayıs 2022'dir. Bölümler için tanımlanmış üç kontenjan müracaat sırasına göre belirlenecektir. Sağlıklı bir hazırlık süreci geçirebilmemiz açısından duyarlılığınız önemlidir.

Due to the ever-increasing number of architectural departments, the increasing number of students in this context, the shrinking economy, the shrinking architectural offices as a result of the monopoly in the project-building production process, and the shrinking application areas, internships, which are a part of architectural education and a necessity, have become difficult and almost impossible. The need has begun to be met in different ways. As the Anatolian 1st Region Representative Office of the Chamber of Architects (Kadıköy), it was decided to create a program for office internships in order to meet the need to some extent.

Internships; recognition of students' real office life and work environment; These are applied trainings that complement the training to ensure that they gain knowledge and skills about the project production process, prepare them for the profession, and benefit from the experience of their colleagues.

This program has been designed in order to create an infrastructure for career candidates within the framework of the principles defined above as they transition from student to professional life.

• The program is planned as 30 (thirty) days.

• Internship is scheduled as 6 (six) days a week, excluding Sundays, between 18 July 2022 and 20 August 2022.

• The number of intern students has been determined as 30 (thirty).

• 3rd and 4th grade students will be able to participate in the program.

• Internship studies will be carried out in the Istanbul Metropolitan Branch of the Chamber of Architects, the Anatolian 1st Region (Kadıköy) Representation and the Kadıköy Municipality "Design Workshop Kadıköy" (TAK) buildings.

The program will be carried out in three parts.

1.1. Architectural Environment and Ethics in the World and Turkey

1.2. Architectural Service Delivery, Structural Organization-Legal Foundations

Freelance Architectural Services and Practice Principles

1.3. The Process from the Contract to the Use of Buildings: "Relevant documents, terminology, institutional structures, process related to other disciplines and legal information about the whole process" will be explained with visuals.

1.4. In addition, other actors of the project production process, professionals from different disciplines will make complementary presentations regarding this process.

The planned presentations are as follows.

• Civil Engineering in Project Production Process (Civil Eng. S. Gülsun Parlar)

• Immovable Cultural Heritage and Project Production Process (Restorer Architect Deniz Alkan)

• Sketching Studies in Architecture (Lecturer Architect Kürşat Açıkgöz)

Trainees will carry out a design and application project with real legal documents, under the guidance and accompaniment of educators, on real plots selected within the framework of the theoretical information given.

Workshop trainers are experienced architects with freelance offices.

• Bosphorus Mansions (Lecturer Architect Uğur Deniz Sökmen)

• Kadıköy- Fashion and Transformation (Assoc. Prof. Ebru Firidin Özgür)

• Haydarpaşa and Yeldeğirmeni (Assoc. Prof. Gökhan Koçyiğit and Dr. Student Architect Elifcan Duygun)

• Environmental Awareness in Architectural Design (Dr. Rüksan Tuna)

* Apart from the presentations, our professional freelance architect colleagues will share their professional experiences and an organized architectural office visit will be made.

*In addition, Kadıköy-Gazhane Cultural Center will be visited under the guidance of an architect.

Our internship program representation is planned for the students of the Department of Architecture in the interland. There are 10 (ten) universities' Departments of Architecture in our interland. With the approval of our board of directors, 3 (three) students from each school will be accepted to the internship program.

In order for the program to be productive and instructive, it is obligatory for the students to be accepted for internship at least to pass from the third year to the fourth year (to complete the sixth semester) or to be a fourth year student, as can be seen from the designed program.

*Insurance of the students who will participate in the internship will be made by the schools as per the legal obligation.

In case of your acceptance of this internship program planned by our representation; We ask and expect it to be announced to your students. The deadline for the internship application is 23 May 2022. The three quotas defined for the departments will be determined in the order of application. Your sensitivity is important for us to have a healthy preparation process.
