AZAMİ ÖĞRENİM SÜRESİ HAKKINDA DUYURU!
05.07.2023 tarihli Yükseköğretim Yürütme Kurulu
toplantısında;
yükseköğretim programlarında azami öğretim süresini
tamamlayan
öğrencilere ilişkin yükseköğretim kurumlarında uygulamadaki
farklılıkların
giderilebilmesi amacıyla 03.05.2023 tarihli Yükseköğretim
Yürütme
Kurulu kararı aşağıdaki şekilde düzenlenmiştir.
Karara göre;
1) Ön lisans ve lisans düzeyindeki tüm yükseköğretim
programlarında
kayıtlı öğrencilerin hiç almadıkları veya devam şartını
sağlamayarak
başarısız oldukları dersler için de 2547 sayılı
Kanun'un 44/c maddesinde
yer alan sınav haklarının kullandırılmasına,
2) 2547 Sayılı Kanun'un 44'üncü maddesi uyarınca azami
süresi dolan
öğrenciler için anılan maddenin (c) fıkrasındaki sınav
haklarının
kullandırılmasında,
a) Eğitim ve öğretimin niteliği itibariyle uygulama
yaptırılması suretiyle
değerlendirilmesi gerekenlerde uygulama yaptırılmasına,
b) Teorik eğitimlerde sınav yapılmasına,
c) Öğrencilerin daha önce almadığı dersler için de
"a" ve "b" bentlerindeki
açıklamalara göre işlemlerin yürütülmesine,
d) Söz konusu uygulama/sınavlara giren öğrencilerin
uygulamaya/sınava
girdiği ders başına öğrenci katkı payını/öğrenim ücretini
ödemeye devam
etmelerine (Cumhurbaşkanlığı kararı ile ilgili dönem için
belirlenen katkı
payı/öğrenim ücretinin aşılmaması suretiyle)
e) Bu öğrencilerin, sınav hakkı dışındaki diğer öğrencilik
haklarından
yararlanamayacaklarına, karar verilmiştir.
Başvuru ve Müracaat,
Yükseköğretim Yürütme Kurulu tarafından ön lisans ve lisans
düzeyindeki
tüm yükseköğretim programlarında kayıtlı öğrencilerin hiç
almadıkları
veya devam şartını sağlamayarak başarısız oldukları
dersler için
2547 sayılı Kanun'un 44/c maddesinde yer alan sınav
haklarının
kullandırılmasına karar verilmiş olup; başvurular dilekçe
ile ilgili Akademik
Birimlere şahsen yapılacaktır.

ANNOUNCEMENT ON MAXIMUM PERIOD OF STUDY
At the Higher Education Executive
Board meeting dated July 5, 2023, to eliminate the differences in practice in
higher education institutions regarding students who have completed the maximum
period of study in higher education programs, the decision of the Higher
Education Executive Board dated May 3, 2023, has been arranged as follows:
1) Students enrolled in all
higher education programs at the associate and undergraduate levels shall be
granted the exam rights specified in Article 44/c of Law No. 2547 for the
courses they have never taken or failed to meet the attendance requirement.
2) In accordance with Article 44
of Law No. 2547, students whose maximum period has expired shall be allowed to
use the exam rights in paragraph (c) of the aforementioned article.
a) Those who need to be evaluated
by practicing due to the nature of courses shall be evaluated by practical
exams.
b) Theoretical courses shall be
assessed by written exams.
c) For the courses that students
have not taken before, the procedure shall be carried out as described in
subparagraphs "a" and "b".
d) Students who take the
practice/exams shall continue to pay the tuition fees per course for which they
are assessed (provided that the tuition fee determined for the relevant
semester by the Presidential Decree is not exceeded).
e) It has been decided that these
students cannot benefit from student rights other than the right to sit for
exams.
Application and Submission
It has been decided by the Higher
Education Executive Board to grant the students enrolled in all higher
education programs at the associate degree and undergraduate level the right to
use their exam rights in Article 44/c of Law No. 2547 for the courses
they have never taken or failed to meet the attendance requirement;
applications will be made in person to the relevant academic units with a
petition.

Additional Exam Dates:
1st Additional Exams: January 8–21, 2024
2nd Additional Exams: May 27-June 9, 2024
