Ulusal Staj Programı 2023 Başvuruları / National Internship Program 2023 Applicaitons

Cumhurbaşkanlığı İnsan Kaynakları Ofisi koordinasyonunda, tüm kamu kurumları ve özel sektörden gönüllü işverenlerin katılımı ile yükseköğretimde üç yıldır başarıyla sürdürülen 'Ulusal Staj Programı' 2023 yılı başvuruları başlamış olup www.kariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr  18 Ocak 2023 tarihine kadar devam edecektir.

  Türkiye, KKTC ve yurt dışında üniversitelerde eğitimine devam eden ve not ortalaması* 4 üzerinden en az 2 (diğer sistemlerde dengi) olan;

• Örgün eğitim veren lisans programlarının 2., 3. veya 4. sınıf öğrencileri (tıp fakültesi ve öğretmenlik bölümleri hariç),

• Örgün eğitim veren ön lisans programlarının 1. veya 2. sınıf öğrencileri

• Yurt dışındaki üniversitelerde, not ortalaması 4 üzerinden en az 2 (diğer sistemlerde dengi) olan yüksek lisans/doktora eğitimine devam eden Türk Vatandaşı veya Mavi Kart sahibi öğrenciler.

*Genel not ortalamaları henüz netleşmemiş olduğu için, başvuru döneminde ön lisans 1. sınıf öğrencilerinden bu şart aranmamaktadır, ancak staj tarihinde not ortalamasının 4 üzerinden en az 2 (diğer sistemlerde dengi) olması beklenmektedir.

Staja başlayan tüm öğrencilerin yasal hakları gözetilerek, sigorta ve staj ücretleri 3308 sayılı Mesleki Eğitim Kanunu'nun 25. maddesi kapsamında ödenecek.

Ulusal Staj Program'ına başvurular, e-Devlet entegrasyonu ile çalışan milli dijital platform "Kariyer Kapısı" üzerinden gerçekleştiriliyor. Yurt içinde ve yurt dışında öğrenimine devam eden tüm gençlerimiz başvurularını tek tıkla yapabiliyor. Türkiye'de ilk defa öğrencilerin değerleme sürecinde; başvuru sırasında paylaştıkları bilgi ve belgeler kullanılarak akademik/mesleki", "sanatsal/sosyal" ve "sportif" yeterlilik puanları hesaplanıyor. İşverenler staj tekliflerini yeterlilik puanlarını esas alarak gönderdiğinden, gençlerimizin başvuru sırasında paylaşacağı bilgi/belgeler, beceri ve yeterliliklerine uygun staj imkânlarına erişiminde önemli rol oynuyor. Not ortalaması, bölüm, yabancı dil puanı gibi pek çok bilgi e-Devlet üzerinden doğrudan aktarılabiliyor, e-Devlet'te yer almayan çalışmalar ise sisteme yüklenecek belgeler ile beyan edilebiliyor.

  Continuing their education at universities in Turkey, TRNC and abroad and having a grade point average of at least 2 out of 4* (equivalent in other systems);

• 2nd, 3rd or 4th year students of formal education undergraduate programs (except for medical school and teaching departments),

• 1st or 2nd year students of associate degree programs providing formal education

• Students who are Turkish Citizens or Blue Card holders who continue their master's/doctorate education at universities abroad with a grade point average of at least 2 out of 4 (equivalent in other systems).

*Since the general grade point averages have not been clarified yet, this condition is not required from associate degree 1st year students during the application period.

Taking into account the legal rights of all students who start their internship, insurance and internship fees will be paid within the scope of Article 25 of the Vocational Education Law No. 3308.

Applications to the National Internship Program are made through the national digital platform "Career Gate" working with e-Government integration. All our young people who continue their education in the country and abroad can apply with one click. In the evaluation process of students for the first time in Turkey; Academic/professional", "artistic/social" and "sportive" competency scores are calculated using the information and documents shared during the application. Since employers send their internship offers based on their proficiency scores, the information/documents shared by our young people during the application play an important role in their access to internship opportunities suitable for their skills and competencies. Many information such as grade point average, department, foreign language score can be transferred directly over e-Government, and studies that are not included in e-Government can be declared with documents to be uploaded to the system.
