| We are looking for engineer candidates who will be trained as engine development engineer in terms of engine/aftertreatment control systems during his/her long term internship. He/she will be working as engineer during this period and successful interns will be hired as Engine Application & Development Engineer to FPT (Fiat Powertrain) company. |
| ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES: |
- All vehicle validation activities (both installation layout and functional tests) and related reporting, according to projects’ milestones plan; in particular full execution of Application check-list for sign-off:
- 1st Level Data Analysis for both functional verification and fleet troubleshooting, in accordance to application project leader and engine test bench development engineers
- Field Test Monitoring management (whole process: from the instrument configuration for data collection to the report sharing with customer)
- Data Management (Data life cycle): ECU protocol processing, Data post processing
- Instrumentation management (configuration, maintenance, update, etc.…)
- Fluids samples lifecycle management
- Projects data collection and storage
- Organize fleet status meetings with application project leader to share and discuss analysis results

| QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS |
- Studying Automotive, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent),
- Have internal combustion engine or automotive knowledge
- Have automotive electronics and control systems/algorithms knowledge
- Knowing optimisation tools and processes
- Writting codes in any language is asset
- Fluent English in both written and spoken
- Having a driver license
- Proficiency with computational software: Matlab, Simulink
