Documents requests are submitted through the Student Information System.
Students can request documents such as student certificates, transcripts, or student disciplinary record certificates via the Student Information System. Relevant documents are delivered digitally to student e-mails.
Steps to follow:
To request a document, please log in to the Document Request page and click on the Create Request link, selecting the language you prefer for the relevant document. To view the status of the documents you have requested, enter the Document Request page. Download your signed documents from the "Document Request" page. Please note that printing and e-mailing options are also available.
In case of need, you can print your e-signed document, verify it via e-Devlet and send it as a pdf by e-mail to the institutions that request it.
