Information on the qualifications required for students who will be admitted through transfer, required documents, allocated quotas, and other issues are listed below.

A- English Proficiency Exam

In transfers between faculties and departments of Işık University, there is no requirement for English proficiency for students who have successfully completed the preparatory class.

B-DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION
Inter-Institutional Transfers
Only associate degree students can apply.

Application Documents

• Inter-Institutional Transfer Application Form (Sample forms are available in the forms section.)
• Copy of ID
• Copy of High School Diploma
• Result Certificate
• Placement Certificate
• Student Certificate (Indicating Enrollment Date) (Recently Dated)
• Disciplinary Record Certificate (Can be written on Grade Report or Student Certificate) (Recently Dated)
• Transcript (Recently Dated)
• Course Contents
• International English proficiency certificate (TOEFL, YDS, KPDSS, etc.). If these documents are not available, the applicant will take the Işık University English Preparation Exam. If the applicant passes the exam, they will be able to start the relevant undergraduate or associate degree program. Otherwise, they will have to attend one year of English preparation class.
• 1 passport-size photograph
• A statement indicating that there is no obstacle to transfer (this document will be submitted during the final registration).

The documents must be scanned and sent online to oidbofis@isikun.edu.tr. Incomplete documents will not be processed.

Our students can apply for transfer by clicking on the "Inter-Institutional Transfer Application" link on the main page when they log in to the E-campus.

• Transcript (except for those who come from the preparation class for English programs)
• Preparatory Exam Result for English Programs
• Passport-size Photograph
