Lateral Transfer (Student Transfers)
The qualifications required for students to be accepted through transfer between undergraduate/associate degree programs at higher education institutions and through internal horizontal transfer, the necessary documents, allocated quotas, and other matters are listed below.
Horizontal Transfer Application Dates: August 3-7, 2026 (until 5:00 p.m.)
Horizontal Transfer Results Announcement Date: August 24, 2026 (until 5:00 p.m.)
Final Registration Dates for Horizontal Transfer: September 1-4, 2026 (until 5:00 PM)
ENGLISH PROFICIENCY EXAM
For horizontal transfers between the Faculties and Departments of Işık University, students who have successfully completed the preparatory class are not required to meet the English Proficiency requirement.

Horizontal Transfer Results
2026-2027 Fall Semester Horizontal Transfer Final Registration Procedures;
Final registration for students accepted through horizontal transfer will take place between September 1-4, 2026 (until 5:00 PM).
Applications from candidates who do not register during this period will be deemed invalid.
Your registration will be completed after you have fulfilled your fee obligation with the documents you provided during the horizontal transfer application.
The registration of students who will make final registration through horizontal transfer will be done online.
First, between September 1-4, 2026 (until 5:00 p.m.), students must register by:
1. Contact the Directorate of Financial Affairs.
(finans@isikun.edu.tr or midb@isikun.edu.tr)
2. After completing the financial process, students must send an email to oidbofis@isikun.edu.tr to inform them.
3. The final registration of students who have fulfilled all their obligations will be completed by OİDB.
