Our Social Trainings Start!

The Department of Health, Culture and Sports offers social training courses under the leadership of our club trainers and sports specialist. Every day of the week, you can participate in a training course in your field of interest and receive training at all levels.

The content of our classes and our training program are as follows:

LATIN DANCE
INSTRUCTOR FURKAN DİNÇER (DANCE CLUB INSTRUCTOR)

In our Social Latin classes, the techniques and variable structure of Latin dances will be taught based on Salsa and Bachata steps. Cumulatively, new movements and combinations will be taught every week to support both dance development and sports conditioning.
In the world dances workshop, a different dance discipline will be explained each week. In these workshops, where one will learn the basic movements and music of many different dance types, the goal is to meet and learn as many dance types as possible (Swing, Samba, Cha Cha, Contemporary, etc.).

FOLK DANCE
INSTRUCTOR DENİZ DANIŞ (FOLK DANCES CLUB INSTRUCTOR)

Turkish folk dances classes aim to provide a learning environment of fun and enable participants to learn today's dance techniques, organized according to the person and group. Our lessons will continue with local selections from zeybek, halay, and horon characters. 

ACTING AND PERFORMING ARTS
INSTRUCTOR CENGİZ ÇEVİK (MUSICAL THEATER CLUB INSTRUCTOR)

As a part of acting and performing arts training, we offer a chance to join our play The Master of Istanbul. We will also offer online diction, oratory, acting and improvisation training for everyone who will join us and be included in our play.

FITNESS
INSTRUCTOR MEHMET NACI AYBÜTÜĞ (SPORTS SPECIALIST)

In the days of the pandemic when we are physically inactive, we will work out together with only our own weight, without the need for any equipment. Sports fans of all levels can participate in strength-building exercises such as push-ups, sit-ups, and pull-ups without the use of additional weights, using only the resistance provided by one's body weight.

HIP HOP
INSTRUCTOR BATUHAN PARLAK (DANCE CLUB INSTRUCTOR)

In our classes, based on the styles of Hip Hop culture; technique, movement combination and conditioning will be practiced. With these exercises, it is aimed that the participants will be able to dance improvisationally, create and develop their own unique styles.
