The Organizer shall determine, at its sole discretion, whether the game openings or errors were used voluntarily or involuntarily.

14. If there is a disconnection, the following rules will apply:

If the match is unintentionally interrupted (e.g. crash of players or servers, network outage) the referees
restore the game to the state it was in before the problem occurred, start a new match with the same settings or may determine the winner of the match (and the final ranking).
In the event of a voluntary interruption of the match, the player who voluntarily disconnected will be disqualified.
In the event of a player-independent disconnection in the match, the referees who were present before the disconnection occurred are authorized to decide in their absolute discretion whether the match was voluntarily or involuntarily interrupted.
