A webinar is planned to explain ProQuest Dissertations & Theses Citation Index and Preprint Citation Index, which are newly added to the Web of Science platform, which offers SCI, SSCI, A&HCI, ESCI academic journal, CPCI-S and CPCI-SSH conference, BKCI-S and BKCI-SSH academic book citation indexes.

• Preprint Citation Index is the new database on the Web of Science platform, linking preprints from leading archives and disciplines to the trusted Web of Science ecosystem. The Preprint Citation Index helps researchers quickly find the latest advances in interdisciplinary preprint literature, be notified when new findings are available, track the development of an idea more completely, and assess the reliability of non-peer-reviewed sources.
• ProQuest Dissertations & Theses Citation Index was planned and implemented as a scientific citation index of doctoral and master's theses of universities worldwide. Thus, citation information and analyses of theses, which have an important place in scientific outputs, will be accessed from the Web of Science platform.

Web of Science provides access to the scientific citation indexes that YÖK and ÜAK use as a basis for academic promotions. It provides extremely positive contributions to academic life in terms of increasing academic visibility and co-operation.
