The Mock Interview Program is one of our hands-on career services, enabling our students and graduates to experience real recruitment processes by connecting them with experienced human resources professionals from the world of business.
During the event held in 2026, 13 human resources professionals from 7 organizations conducted one-on-one mock interviews with a total of 104 students. In addition to receiving professional feedback on their résumés, communication skills, and interview performance, participants gained first-hand experience of realistic recruitment processes.
The Student Competency Assessment Form, introduced for the first time this year, was used to evaluate our students' level of readiness for the workplace based on the competency framework of the World Economic Forum.
The results revealed that our students largely met the expectations of the business world in key areas such as communication, problem-solving, teamwork, professional attitude, and digital competence, while also helping strengthen our data-driven career development initiatives.
The Mock Interview Program offers organizations the opportunity to identify future talent at an early stage for internships and graduate positions, and to evaluate prospective candidates in a realistic interview setting.
