We held the Guidance Counselor Symposium titled "Human-Centered Approaches in Guidance: Emotion, Communication, and Transformation" on May 9–10 at our Şile Campus

The symposium began with an inspiring opening speech by our Rector, Prof. Dr. Hasan Bülent Kahraman. This was followed by a seminar titled “The Future of Education in the Age of Smart Machines” delivered by our Vice Rector, Prof. Dr. Serhat Koloğlugil, offering participants a strong vision for the future.

In the Coffee Table session, Clinical Psychologist Gözde Ceylan from our Psychological Counseling Center met with guidance counselors and shared valuable insights. In the interdisciplinary workshops, human-centered approaches in guidance were explored through practical applications. The first day concluded with a classical music concert by Trio Romantica.

On the second day of the program, we completed our symposium with a nature walk at Saklı Göl, enjoying the unique beauty of Şile.
