We held a Commemoration Ceremony for the Founder of our Republic, the Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk

The commemoration program began with a moment of silence and a wreath-laying ceremony. The Rector, Prof. Dr. Hasan Bülent Kahraman; the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Mehmet Serdar Sarıgül; and FMV Honorary Board Member, Said Akçura, respectively laid wreaths at the bust of Atatürk.

The program continued with commemorative speeches. The guest speaker, Prof. Dr. Fatmagül Berktay from the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Istanbul University, delivered a speech titled “Equality and Freedom Are Achieved in the Public Sphere.”

At the conclusion of the program, our Rector, Prof. Dr. Hasan Bülent Kahraman, presented a book he authored to Prof. Dr. Fatmagül Berktay, while our Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Mehmet Serdar Sarıgül, presented flowers.

We respectfully commemorate our Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk with deep longing and gratitude.
