We celebrated the 103rd anniversary of our Republic at our Şile Campus with enthusiasm, pride, and great excitement

Our celebration program began with a wreath-laying ceremony at the Atatürk bust by our University's former Rector, Prof. Dr. Hasan Bülent Kahraman, and the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Mehmet Serdar Sarıgül. In the speeches delivered following the ceremony, the meaning and values of our Republic were emphasized, and the legacy of the Republic entrusted to us by Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, reaching toward a bright future, was highlighted once again.

We are proud to carry the 103-year deep-rooted legacy of our Republic into the future with the faith and determination of the very first day. In the light of science, education, free thought, and modern values, we continue to protect the achievements of our Republic and pass them on to future generations.

We commemorate all the heroes of our struggle for independence, especially the founder of our Republic, the Great Leader Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, with respect, gratitude, and reverence.

Happy 103rd anniversary of our Republic!
