Science and Technology Meet at CSON’26

Hosted by our university and organized by the IEEE Club, CSON’26 brought together expert instructors, industry leaders, and leading sponsor companies to explore a broad range of topics, including artificial intelligence, current software technologies, cybersecurity, data science, cloud systems, and career development.

The conference opened with a keynote address by the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Prof. Dr. Onur Kaya. Participants had the opportunity to benefit from insightful presentations delivered by Asst. Prof. Dr. Barış Çeliktaş, faculty member at the Computer Engineering  Department and Coordinator of the Cybersecurity Graduate Program; Hakkı İbrahim Ünyeli, CEO of LimonCloud; Gökçen Üstündağ, Deep-Tech Entrepreneur at AlgaeLab; Mustafa Tansu Güler, Founding Partner of Gulers & Partners; Seher Sağıroğlu, Stakeholder Engagement Manager at ICANN; Kayra Uzun, Board Member at Netelsan; and Fatih Kadir Akın, DevRel Manager at Teknasyon. The second and third days of the conference continued at the Maslak Campus with hands-on training sessions and workshops.
