During the Mock Interview event organized by the Career and Alumni Office, human resources professionals from leading companies across various sectors met with our students.
As part of the event, 13 HR professionals from 7 organizations, including Akro Holding, Koton, TAV Airports, İlko Pharmaceuticals, Martaş Automotive, İŞKUR, and Madame Cocool, actively participated in the process, providing 104 students with one-on-one interview experience. Through the “Student Competency Assessment Form,” developed by the Career and Alumni Office with reference to the competency framework of the World Economic Forum, both our university and our students were evaluated by representatives of the participating companies.
Through these individual interviews, our students gained realistic job interview experience while also having the opportunity to assess and further develop their competencies. The feedback they received from HR professionals in their respective fields helped them clarify their career goals and take more confident steps toward their professional futures. We remain committed to supporting our students in entering the professional world as confident, well-prepared, and highly qualified individuals before graduation. On behalf of the companies that contributed to the event, a tree sapling donation was made to the Mersin Sorgun Memorial Forest in collaboration with the TEMA Foundation.
