The project of Prof. Dr. Seda Demiralp, Head of the Department of International Relations in the Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences, has been awarded funding under the TÜBİTAK 1001 Scientific and Technological Research Projects Support Program.
The project, titled "Political Apathy Tendencies and Levels among Voters," examines the relationship between voters and politics in Türkiye from a multidimensional perspective. Going beyond voter turnout, the study will investigate political apathy through various dimensions, including declining political interest, emotional disengagement, skepticism, and reluctance to seek reliable information.
We congratulate Prof. Dr. Seda Demiralp on this significant academic achievement and wish her continued success in her research.
