Lecturer Dicle Zeycan from the Department of Architecture within the Faculty of Art, Design, and Architecture participated in the program titled “Transformation Through Architecture: From Hatay to the Future,” jointly organized by the Contemporary Istanbul Foundation and Hatay Mustafa Kemal University.
The 10-week program, designed for architecture students whose education was interrupted by the February 6 earthquake, played an important role in supporting both their professional and personal growth. Participants gained valuable knowledge and experience in diverse fields such as restoration, sustainable design, urban planning, and cultural heritage preservation. The program also encouraged students to view architecture as a means of healing and transformation while enhancing their professional competencies.
We extend our gratitude to Lecturer Dicle Zeycan for her valuable contributions to the program.
