Organized by the Career and Alumni Office, the seminar titled “Failure CV: The Most Effective Way to Get to Know Yourself” offered an inspiring experience for our students.

Moderated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aslı Tuncay Çelikel from the Department of Business Administration, the event featured Cansın Duman, a 2012 graduate of the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, who met with students.

During the seminar, she discussed how experiences of failure contribute to both personal and professional growth, shared key lessons from her career journey, and emphasized that self-knowledge is one of the most powerful tools for personal development.
