Dropbox CTO Ali Daşdan Shares Insights on the Future of Algorithms and Technology

The seminar titled “The Impact of Algorithms and Large-Scale Systems on Our Lives and Careers,” organized in collaboration with the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences and the IEEE Student Branch, was held at our Şile Campus with strong interest from our students.

During the seminar, Dropbox CTO Ali Daşdan offered a comprehensive perspective on the impact of algorithms and large-scale systems on daily life and career paths, providing students with valuable insights and new perspectives.

At the end of the program, a plaque was presented to him by Prof. Dr. Onur Kaya, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, in recognition of his contributions.

The event concluded with a commemorative photo session attended by Acting Rector Prof. Dr. Serhat Koloğlugil.
