Fashion Design

Purpose of the Program:

The aim of the program is to educate individuals who can work in the fields of garment industry and textiles and meet the intermediate labor demands of the production sector while transforming the basic knowledge they have received in the textile sector into production and following the innovations. The language of instruction of the program is Turkish.

Scope of the Training:

In addition to the basic courses in the field such as fiber and yarn technology, fashion technical drawing, sewing workshop, draping, computer design, weaving and printing design; the education is enhanced by courses such as fashion and textile history, color and harmony, fashion design and textile design, and accessory design. At the end of the second semester, our students get the opportunity to reinforce their knowledge practically by completing their internships in textile and ready-made clothing companies.
