2022-2023 Akademik Yılı Erasmus+ Öğrenim ve Staj Hareketliliği Başvuruları üniversitemiz Erasmus+ Seçim Komisyonu tarafından değerlendirilmiştir. Başvurular kurumumuz Erasmus+ 2021 Proje Döneminden (Proje No: K131-HED-F5E703FC) faydalandırılmak üzere değerlendirilmiştir. Adayların faaliyete hibeli katılımları Ulusal Ajans tarafından 2021 proje döneminde üniversitemize tahsis edilecek hibenin değerlendirilmesini takiben mümkün olacaktır.

Öğrenim Hareketliliği :  Kazandı statüsünde yer alan öğrencilerimiz, yerleştirildikleri kuruma başvurduktan sonra nihai karar, partner üniversite tarafından verilecektir. Partner kurumdan kabul alan öğrencilerimiz Erasmus öğrencisi olmaya hak kazanacaklardır.

Yedek statüsünde yer alan öğrencilerimiz; kazanan aday öğrencilerin hareketlilik hakkından feragat etmesi durumunda ve ilgili partner kurumların aday öğrenci bilgilendirme kabul tarihleri sona ermediği müddetçe, açılacak kontenjanlara fakülte bazında puan sıralamalarına göre aday olarak yerleştirileceklerdir.

Öğrencilerin, haklarından vazgeçme durumunda veya seçim sonuçlarına itiraz etme hakları kapsamında taleplerini / dilekçelerini 15.04.2022 - 22.04.2022 tarih aralığında Uluslararası İlişkiler Daire Başkanlığı'nın international@isikun.edu.tr  adresine iletmeleri gerekmektedir.

Staj Hareketliliği : Listede yer alan öğrenciler aday statüsündedir. Kabul mektubu beklenen aday öğrencilerin Staj Hareketliliğinden faydalanabilmeleri için staj yapacakları kurumdan 30 Haziran 2022 tarihine kadar kabul mektubu alarak tarafımıza iletmeleri gerekmektedir. Nihai Katılımcı Listesi kabul mektubu sunan öğrenciler arasında ilgili proje kapsamında hibe dağıtım listesi olarak kabul mektubu son teslim tarihi akabinde açıklanacaktır.

Hareketliliklerin Covid-19 salgınından etkilenmesi durumunda bilgilendirme dokümanında yer alan hükümler geçerli olacaktır.

2022-2023 Academic Year Erasmus+ Study and Traineeship Mobility Applications have been evaluated by our university's Erasmus+ Selection Commission. Applications have been evaluated to benefit from the Erasmus+ 2021 Project Period (Project No: K131-HED-F5E703FC) of our institution. The participation of the candidates to the activity with a grant will be possible following the evaluation of the grant to be allocated to our university by the National Agency in the 2021 project period.

Study Mobility: The final decision will be made by the partner university after the students who are in the status of won apply to the institution they are placed in. Our students who are accepted by the partner institution will be entitled to become Erasmus students.

Our students in waiting status; In the event that the succed candidate students waive their right to mobility and as long as the candidate student information acceptance dates of the relevant partner institutions have not expired, they will be placed as candidates in the quota to be opened according to their score ranking on the basis of faculty.

In case of waiving their rights or within the scope of their right to object to the election results, students are required to submit their requests / petitions to the address of the International Office via international@isikun.edu.tr  between 15.04.2022 - 22.04.2022.

Traineeship Mobility: The students on the list are in candidate status. In order to benefit from the Traineeship Mobility, the candidate students whose acceptance letter is expected should receive an acceptance letter from the institution where they will do their traineeship until 30 June 2022 and send it to us. The Final Participant List will be announced after the deadline for the acceptance letter as the grant distribution list within the scope of the relevant project among the students who submitted the acceptance letter.

In case the mobility is affected by the Covid-19 outbreak, the provisions in the information document will apply.
