Research Smarter: The Preprint Citation Index

A webinar is planned about the Preprint Citation Index, which will be added to the Web of Science platform, which gain access the indexes like, SCI, SSCI, AHCI, ESCI for academic journals, CPCI-S and CPCI-SSH for conferences, BKCI-S and BKCI-SSH for academic books.

• The Preprint Citation Index is a new database on the Web of Science platform that connects preprints from leading archives and disciplines to the trustworthy Web of Science ecosystem.
• The Preprint Citation Index helps researchers quickly find the latest advances in the interdisciplinary preprint literature, be notified when new findings are available, keep abreast of all the latest development of an idea more fully, and evaluate the trustworthiness  of non-peer-reviewed sources.

Web of Science provides access to the scientific citation indexes that YÖK bases on academic promotions. It makes critical contributions to academic life in terms of increasing academic visibility and cooperation.
