2021-2022 AKADEMİK YILI GÜZ YARI YILI EĞİTİM MODELİ

Işık Üniversitesi 17 Eylül 2021 tarihli Senato kararı gereğince,

1. Işık Üniversitesi'nde 2021-22 Akademik Yılı Güz yarıyılında derslerin bir
bölümü yüz yüze, bir bölümü ise Yükseköğretim Kurulu Başkanlığı'nın
Uzaktan Eğitim Usul ve Esasları'na dayanarak çevrimiçi olarak
yürütülecektir.

2. Yüz yüze yürütülen derslerden, akademik birimlerin belirleyeceği sınıf
mevcudu yüksek olan dersler hibrit modelde yapılacaktır. Bu modelde sınıf
mevcudu ikiye bölünerek, öğrencilerin yarısı dersi sınıfta takip ederken,
diğer yarısı eş zamanlı olarak yayınlanan dersi uzaktan çevrimiçi takip
edecektir. Gruplar haftalık dönüşümlü olarak ilerleyecektir.

3. Müfredatta yer alan ortak üniversite dersleri çevrimiçi yürütülecektir.

4. Ders Saatleri 8.30-17.20 olarak planlanacak, dersler Cumartesi günü de
gerektiğinde çevrimiçi olarak devam edecektir.

5. Çevrimiçi ve hibrit modelde yürütülen derslerin kayıtları dönem sonuna
kadar öğrencilerimizin erişimine açık olacaktır.

6. Yüz yüze dersler YÖK mevzuatları, Sağlık Bakanlığı mevzuatları ve
pandemi koşulları gereği, maske, mesafe ve hijyen kuralları çerçevesinde
gerçekleştirilecektir. Öğrenciler, Öğrenci Bilgi Sistemi üzerinden HES
kodlarını girecek, HES kodu olmayan öğrencilerimiz ders seçimi

7. Öğrencilerimiz ve tüm akademik ve idari personelimizin yerleşkelere
girişlerinde aşı kartı veya en fazla 72 saat önce yapılmış PCR testi

8. Öğrencilerin ve personelin yerleşkelere girişlerinde ayrıca HES kodu ile

9. Tüm derslerin vize ve final sınavları yüz yüze gerçekleşecek olup, sınav
haftaları akademik takvimde pandemi koşullarına göre planlanacaktır.

10. Özel durumlarla ilgili oluşabilecek kararlar Akademik Birimlerce ilan
edilecektir.

11. Değişen koşullara göre bu esaslarda güncelleme yapılabilecektir.

IŞIK UNIVERSITY

2021-2022 ACADEMIC YEAR FALL SEMESTER EDUCATION MODEL

In accordance with the Senate decision of Işık University dated September 17, 2021;

1. In the Fall Semester of the 2021-22 Academic Year, some of the courses will be
conducted face-to-face and some of them will be conducted online, in accordance
with the Higher Education Council's Distance Education Procedures and Principles.

2. Among the face-to-face courses, the courses with a high class quantity to be
determined by the academic units will be held in the hybrid model. In this model,
the class participants will be divided into two, half of the students will follow the
course in class, while the other half will follow the class remotely. The two groups
will switch on a weekly basis.

3. Common university courses included in the curriculum will be conducted online

4. Class Hours are planned as 8.30-17.20, and classes will continue online on
Saturday when necessary.

5. Records of courses conducted in online and hybrid model will be available to our
students until the end of the semester.

6. Face-to-face classes will be held within the framework of the measures stated by
the Higher Education Council regulations, Ministry of Health regulations and the
COVID-pandemic measures, such as mask, distance and hygiene rules. Students
will enter their HES codes through the Student Information System, and students
who do not have a HES code will not be able to choose a course.

7. Vaccination card or PCR test results, made at most 72 hours prior, will be required
from our students and all academic and administrative staff before entering the

8. At the Campus entrance, the students and staff, will be asked for their HES

9. Midterm and final exams of all courses will be held face to face, and exam weeks
will be planned according to pandemic conditions in the academic calendar.

10. Decisions that may occur regarding special cases will be announced by the
Academic Units.

11. These principles may be updated according to changes in the circumstances.
