2023-2024 Academic Year Erasmus+ Study and Traineeship Mobility Application Results

Sevgili Öğrenciler,
2023-2024 Akademik Yılı Erasmus+ Öğrenim ve Staj Hareketliliği Başvuruları Aday Öğrenci Yerleştirme resmi sonuçlarına ekte yer alan belgeden ulaşabilirsiniz. Aşağıdaki bilgileri lütfen dikkatlice okuyunuz.
Kazandı Statüsü: 2023-2024 Akademik Yılı Erasmus+ Öğrenim Hareketliliği için kazandı olarak asil listede yer alan tüm öğrenciler aday statüsündedir. İlgili öğrencilerimizin ilerleyen günlerde paylaşılacak bilgilendirmeler doğrultusunda, yerleştirildikleri kuruma başvuru yapmaları gerekmektedir ve nihai karar partner üniversite tarafından verilecektir. Partner kurumdan kabul alan öğrencilerimiz Erasmus öğrencisi olmaya hak kazanacaklardır.
İlgili öğrencilerimiz, haklarından vazgeçme durumunda veya seçim sonuçlarına itiraz etme hakları kapsamında ekte yer alan feragat dilekçesini doldurarak 15.05.2023-19.05.2023 tarih aralığında Uluslararası İlişkiler Daire Başkanlığı'nın international@isikun.edu.tr adresine iletmeleri gerekmektedir. Yasal süre dışında feragat edilmesi durumunda, bir sonraki başvuruda -10 puan uygulaması yapılacaktır.
Yedek Statüsü: Aday öğrenci yerleştirmesi, fakülte & bölüm bazında Erasmus toplam puan sıralamasına uygun olarak yapılmıştır. Kazanan aday öğrencilerin hareketlilik hakkından feragat etmesi durumunda ve ilgili partner kurumların aday öğrenci bilgilendirme kabul tarihleri sona ermediği müddetçe, açılacak kontenjanlara fakülte bazında puan sıralamalarına göre aday olarak yerleştirileceklerdir.
Staj Hareketliliği: Listede yer alan öğrenciler aday statüsündedir. Kabul mektubu beklenen aday öğrencilerin Staj Hareketliliğinden faydalanabilmeleri için staj yapacakları kurumdan 30 Haziran 2023 tarihine kadar kabul mektubu alarak tarafımıza iletmeleri gerekmektedir. Nihai Katılımcı Listesi kabul mektubu sunan öğrenciler arasında ilgili proje kapsamında hibe dağıtım listesi olarak kabul mektubu son teslim tarihi akabinde açıklanacaktır.

Dear Students,
Please find the official results of the 2023-2024 Academic Year Erasmus+ Study and Traineeship Mobility Applications Candidate Student Placement in the attached document. Please read the information below carefully.
Selected Students List (KAZANDI): All students who are on the main list are candidates for the 2023-2024 Academic Year Erasmus+ Study Mobility. Our related students are required to apply to the institution they are placed in, in line with the information to be shared in the following days, and the final decision will be made by the partner university. Our students who are accepted from the partner institution will be eligible to be Erasmus students.
In case of waiver of their rights or within the scope of their right to object to the election results, the attached withdrawal petition must be sent to international@isikun.edu.tr of the International Relations Department between the dates 15.05.2023 - 19.05.2023. In case of waiver outside the legal period, -10 points will be applied in the next application.
Substitute List (Waiting List) : Candidate student placement has been made in accordance with the Erasmus total score on the basis of faculty & department. In case of withdrawal of the succeed students and as long as the relevant partner institutions do not acceptance date expire for candidate students, they will be placed as candidates in the quotas according to the faculty-based score rankings.
Traineeship Mobility: Students on the list are in candidate status. In order to benefit from the Traineeship Mobility, the candidate students whose acceptance letter is expected should receive an acceptance letter from the institution where they will do their traineeship until 30 June 2023 and send it to us. The Final Participant List will be announced after the deadline for the acceptance letter as the grant distribution list within the scope of the relevant project among the students who submitted the acceptance letter.
