IC Kuşağı Kısa Dönem Staj Programı
IC Holding ve Grup Şirketlerinin hedeflerinden, ilkelerinden ve değerlerinden yola çıkarak stajyerlerimizin staj deneyimlerini iyileştirmek adına, "IC Kuşağı Kısa Dönem Staj Programı" ile tüm grup şirketlerimizdeki staj süreçlerini yapılandırarak standardize ettik.
Staj programımız ile üniversitelerin 3. ya da 4. sınıf öğrencilerine, zorunlu stajları kapsamında kendilerini ve yetkinliklerini geliştirebilecekleri gerçek bir iş deneyimi yaşatmayı amaçlıyoruz.
Başvuruların toplanması ile başlayan programımızda, gerekli nitelikleri sağlayan stajyer adaylarımızdan gönderecekleri videolar ile kendilerini tanıtmalarını istiyoruz. Sonrasında adaylarımıza yetenek testi göndererek, insan kaynakları olarak birebir mülakatlar yapıyoruz. Bu aşamaların ardından, ihtiyaçlar doğrultusunda uygun stajyerlerimizi ilgili grup şirketimizde staja başlatıyoruz.
Staj sürecinde her stajyerimize bir insan kaynakları iş ortağı ve bir de şirket içerisinden mentor atıyoruz. IC Akademi üzerinden atanan eğitimler ile kişisel gelişimlerine destek oluyoruz.
Staj sürecinin sonunda da süreci birlikte değerlendirerek; hem stajyerlerimizin, hem de yöneticilerimizin görüş ve önerilerini alıyoruz.

IC Generation Short Term Internship Program
Based on the goals, principles and values of IC Holding and Group Companies, we have structured and standardized the internship processes in all our group companies with the "IC Generation Short-Term Internship Program" in order to improve the internship experiences of our interns.
With our internship program, we aim to provide 3rd or 4th year university students with a real work experience where they can improve themselves and their competencies within the scope of their compulsory internship.
In our program, which starts with the collection of applications, we ask our trainee candidates who meet the necessary qualifications to introduce themselves with the videos they send. Afterwards, we send a talent test to our candidates and conduct one-to-one interviews as human resources. After these stages, we start our suitable interns for internship in our relevant group company in line with the needs.
During the internship process, we assign a human resources business partner and a mentor from within the company to each of our interns. We support their personal development with the trainings assigned through IC Academy.
At the end of the internship process, by evaluating the process together; We receive the opinions and suggestions of both our interns and managers.
