ULUSAL STAJ PROGRAMI / NATIONAL INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Cumhurbaşkanlığı İnsan Kaynakları Ofisi koordinasyonunda, kamu kurumlarımız ve özel sektörden gönüllü işverenlerin katılımı ile "Senin İçin Seferbiriz" teması altında 2020 yılından bu yana yürütülen Staj Seferbirliği Programı'nın kapsamı 3. yılında, ülkemizin istihdam politikaları paralelinde genişletildi ve adı "Ulusal Staj Programı" olarak değiştirildi. Fırsat eşitliği temelinde, liyakati önceleyen Programın 2022 yılı başvuruları tüm gençlerimiz için kariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr üzerinden 31 Mart tarihine kadar devam edecek.

Programa; ön lisans, lisans, yüksek lisans eğitimine ülkemizde devam eden gençlerin yanı sıra lisans ve lisansüstü eğitimine yurt dışında devam eden Türk vatandaşı ve mavi kart sahibi gençlerimiz de başvurabiliyor. Yurt dışından başvuru yapan gençlerimize; Türkiye'deki kurum ve kuruluşlarımızın yanı sıra Büyükelçiliklerimiz, Daimi Temsilciliklerimiz, Başkonsolosluklarımız, kamu kurumlarımızın yurt dışı temsilcilikleri staj teklifi sunabiliyor. Önümüzdeki senelerde farklı seviyelerde eğitim alan gençlerimize de aynı imkânları ulaştırmayı hedefleyen Program'daki bir diğer yenilik ise, Organize Sanayi Bölgelerindeki mesleki ve teknik ortaöğretim kurumu öğrencileri de bu yıl başvuru yapabilecek olması. Böylelikle, genç istihdamında önemli bir paya sahip olan KOBİ'lerimizin ihtiyaç duyduğu nitelikteki insan kaynağına ulaşması kolaylaştırılırken, mesleki ve teknik ortaöğretim kurumlarında eğitim alan öğrencilerin istihdam edilebilirliklerinde kritik öneme sahip staj imkânlarına erişebilmeleri de desteklenecek. Staja başlayan tüm öğrencilerin yasal hakları gözetilerek, sigorta ve staj ücretleri 3308 sayılı Mesleki Eğitim Kanunu'nun 25. maddesi kapsamında ödenecek.

Ulusal Staj Program'ına başvurular, e-Devlet entegrasyonu ile çalışan milli dijital platform "Kariyer Kapısı" üzerinden gerçekleştiriliyor. Yurt içinde ve yurt dışında öğrenimine devam eden tüm gençlerimiz başvurularını tek tıkla yapabiliyor. Türkiye'de ilk defa öğrencilerin değerleme sürecinde; başvuru sırasında paylaştıkları bilgi ve belgeler kullanılarak akademik/mesleki", "sanatsal/sosyal" ve "sportif" yeterlilik puanları hesaplanıyor. İşverenler staj tekliflerini yeterlilik puanlarını esas alarak gönderdiğinden, gençlerimizin başvuru sırasında paylaşacağı bilgi/belgeler, beceri ve yeterliliklerine uygun staj imkânlarına erişiminde önemli rol oynuyor. Not ortalaması, bölüm, yabancı dil puanı gibi pek çok bilgi e-Devlet üzerinden doğrudan aktarılabiliyor, e-Devlet'te yer almayan çalışmalar ise sisteme yüklenecek belgeler ile beyan edilebiliyor. Beyan usulü ile alınan belgelerin kontrol süreci ise üniversitelerin kariyer merkezleri ve ilgili kamu kurumları tarafından yürütülüyor.

Türkiye, KKTC ve yurt dışındaki üniversitelerde not ortalaması 4 üzerinden en az 2 (diğer sistemlerde dengi) olan;

• Örgün eğitim veren lisans programlarının 2., 3. veya 4. sınıf öğrencileri (lisans 2. sınıf öğrencilerinde staj yapacağı tarihte bir üst sınıfa geçme ve 4. sınıf öğrencilerinde staj yapacağı tarihte henüz mezun olmama şartları aranmaktadır)

• Ön lisans programlarının 1. veya 2. sınıf öğrencileri (ön lisans 1. sınıf öğrencilerinde staj yapacağı tarihte bir üst sınıfa geçme ve 2. sınıf öğrencilerinde staj yapacağı tarihte henüz mezun olmamış bulunma şartı aranmaktadır)

Yurt içinde öğrenimine devam eden yüksek lisans öğrencileri (not ortalaması 4 üzerinden en az 2 veya diğer sistemlerde dengi) ile yurt dışında yüksek lisans/doktora eğitimine devam eden Türk Vatandaşı veya Mavi Kart sahibi öğrenciler

The scope of the Internship Mobilization Program, which has been carried out since 2020 under the theme of "We are a Campaign for You" with the participation of our public institutions and voluntary employers from the private sector, under the coordination of the Presidential Human Resources Office, was expanded in its 3rd year in line with the employment policies of our country, and it was renamed the "National Internship Program". changed. On the basis of equality of opportunity, the 2022 applications of the Program, which prioritizes merit, will continue for all our young people until March 31st, via Kariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr.

To the program; In addition to young people who continue their associate, undergraduate, graduate education in our country, Turkish citizens and blue card holders who continue their undergraduate and graduate education abroad can also apply. To our young people applying from abroad; In addition to our institutions and organizations in Türkiye, our Embassies, Permanent Representations, Consulates General, foreign representations of public institutions can offer internships. Another innovation in the Program, which aims to provide the same opportunities to our young people who receive education at different levels in the coming years, is that students from vocational and technical secondary education institutions in Organized Industrial Zones will be able to apply this year. Thus, our SMEs, which have a significant share in youth employment, will be facilitated to access the qualified human resources they need, and students who receive education in vocational and technical secondary education institutions will be supported to access internship opportunities that are critical to their employability. Taking into account the legal rights of all students who start their internship, insurance and internship fees will be paid within the scope of Article 25 of the Vocational Education Law No. 3308.

Applications to the National Internship Program are made through the national digital platform "Career Gate" working with e-Government integration. All our young people who continue their education in the country and abroad can apply with one click. In the evaluation process of students for the first time in Türkiye; Academic/professional", "artistic/social" and "sportive" competency scores are calculated using the information and documents shared during the application. Since employers send their internship offers based on their proficiency scores, the information/documents shared by our young people during the application play an important role in their access to internship opportunities suitable for their skills and competencies. Many information such as grade point average, department, foreign language score can be transferred directly via e-Government, and studies that are not included in e-Government can be declared with documents to be uploaded to the system. The control process of the documents received by the declaration method is carried out by the career centers of the universities and relevant public institutions.

Having a grade point average of at least 2 out of 4 (equivalent in other systems) in universities in Türkiye, TRNC and abroad;

• 2nd, 3rd or 4th year students of formal education undergraduate programs (conditions for moving to a higher class on the date of internship for undergraduate 2nd year students and not graduating yet on the date of internship for 4th year students are required)

• 1st or 2nd year students of associate degree programs (associate degree 1st year students are required to move to a higher class on the date of internship and for 2nd year students to have not graduated yet on the date of internship)

Graduate students continuing their education in Türkiye (Grade Point Average at least 2 out of 4 or equivalent in other systems) and Turkish Citizens or Blue Card holders who continue their graduate / doctorate education abroad
