2020 Proje Dönemi Erasmus+ Internship4all Staj Konsorsiyumu Nihai Hibe Dağıtım Listesi

Sevgili Öğrenciler,

2020 Proje Dönemi Erasmus+ Internship4all Staj Konsorsiyumu kapsamında staj kabul mektubu sunan öğrencilerimizin başvuruları üniversitemiz Erasmus+ Seçim Komisyonu tarafından değerlendirilmiştir. Erasmus+ Staj Hareketliliğine katılmaya nihai olarak hak kazanan öğrencilere dair bilgiler, hibe dağıtım planı ile birlikte listelenmiştir. Liste için tıklayınız. Hibe dağıtımı, belirtilen son tarihe kadar Staj Kabul Mektubunu sunan öğrenciler arasında, ilgili proje dönemi kontenjanı kapsamında Erasmus Not sıralamasına göre yapılmaktadır. Asil listede yer alan öğrencilerin staj katılımına yönelik feragat kararı olması akabinde, hareketliliğe katılma hakkı Yedek listede bulunan öğrencilere geçecektir.

Asil listede yer alan ve feragat kararı bulunan öğrencilerin Feragat Dilekçesini 28 Şubat 2022 tarihine kadar e-mail yoluyla göndermeleri gerekmektedir. Aksi takdirde gelecek dönemlerdeki başvurulardan puan kesintisi uygulanacaktır.

Erasmus+ Staj Hareketliliğine katılımınızın netlik kazanması akabinde gerekli belgeler ve izlenmesi gereken adımlar hakkında ilerleyen günlerde Internship4all Staj Konsorsiyumu tarafından bir Oryantasyon Programı düzenleneceğini belirtmek isteriz.

The applications of our students who submitted an internship acceptance letter within the scope of the 2020 Project Term Erasmus+ Internship4all Traineeship Consortium were evaluated by the Erasmus+ Selection Commission of our university. Information on students who are eligible to participate in Erasmus+ Traineeship Mobility are listed together with the grant distribution plan. Click for the list. Grant list is made among students who submit their Internship Acceptance Letter by the specified deadline, according to the Erasmus Grade ranking within the scope of the relevant project period quota. After the decision to waive the internship participation of the students on the main list, the right to participate in the mobility will pass to the students on the reserve list.

Students who are on the main list and have a waiver decision must send their Withdrawing Petition by e-mail until 28 February 2022. Otherwise, points will be deducted from future applications.

We would like to inform that an Orientation Program will be organized by the Internship4all Traineeship Consortium in the coming days about the necessary documents and the steps to be followed, after your participation in Erasmus+ Internship Mobility becomes clear.
