The language of instruction in Işık University is English. Provide your TOEFL score or other evidence of English proficiency (see step 2 below) if available.
To be accepted at Işık University as an exchange student, the international office at your home institution must first nominate you for the study abroad program.
Deadline for international Applications at Işık University:
May 15 for Fall Semester
October 15 for Spring Semester
Step 2
Once you have been nominated by your home institution, application documents should be sent by your home institution.
The following information is required to be considered for admissions:

Two Photographs (Biometric)
Official Transcript of Studies
Learning Agreement
Housing Request Form
Official proof of English proficiency. Applicants from the countries whose official language is not English should have a minimum score of Paper 480–481 / CBT 170–174 / IBT 70 from TOEFL or a score of 6.0 from IELTS.
Step 3
Once exchange student applications are received by the International Office, the application is reviewed by the office and it will be held until the missing document is completed.
Once approved by the department, an invitation letter will be sent to the coordinator at the partner institution.
Step 4
All international students are required to have student Visa, health insurance & residence permit.
