AVİVASA Senior Data Warehouse Specialist
We are looking for a Senior Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Specialist to work in the Governance and Business Intelligence Team of the Information Technologies Department.
• Minimum 5 years of experience,
• Majoring in Computer Engineering or any other related discipline,
• Experince in RDBMS, Dimensional Data Modelling, Data Integration and Data Warehousing,
• Having experience in BI(Cognos,Tableau) and Data Warehouse solutions,
• Experience in Oracle PL/SQL or IBM DB2 SQL(Procedural Language), SQL and tuning,
• Experience in SAP Data Services or any leading ETL tools(IBM Data Stage),
• Experience in designing and implementing an ODS and EDW,
• Knowledge Oracle or PostGre database administration,
• Knowledge in logical modeling in tools including SAP Power Designer/Erwin,
• Knowledge in open source databases PostgreSQL is plus,
• Knowledge in NoSQL Databases is plus,
• Knowledge in big data analytics platforms is plus,
• Experience in Insurance related topics (preferably),
• Strong written and oral communication skills,
• Strong ability to analyze user requirements and build BI/ETL applications according to specifications.
Job Description
• Development and maintance of software application with the technologies,
• Define source to target data mappings,
• Develop ETL programs required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources,
• Perform database and ETL process tuning,
• Design Semantic Layers for reporting,
• Develop and deploy dashboards and reports,
• Contribute to data modelling activities for future improvements.
